Mark Turkcan, a Kirkwood resident, pleaded guilty on Jan 23 to the misapplication of funds connected with his position at First Bank Mortgage.

Turkcan is accused of covering up and concealing losses of approximately $35 million by destroying or changing records and posting profits on the books and records of First Bank.
